Dr. Sandra Gomez is a Laredo native in which she played soccer, volleyball, and track throughout her high school years. She attended the University of Texas at Austin to earn her Bachelors of Science along with playing Club Soccer at UT. Dr. Sandra then went on to attend Texas State University to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Dr. Sandra has an extensive background in weight training along with working with college, semi-professional, and high school athletes. She has received on-going education on manual therapy and her main goal is to bridge the gap between performance, sports, and helping people understand more about their body to have long term results. She is very passionate about exercise, education, pain science and genuinely wants to give the best care to her patients while ensuring she is providing the most updated evidence-based treatment. In her free time, Dr. Sandra likes to stay active and practice weight training, go hiking with her dogs, and continues to play soccer in leagues around the city.

A proud Laredo native, Dr. Leslie Garcia brings a lifelong passion for health, movement, and community care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M International University, where she also worked as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, gaining valuable hands-on experience while completing her degree.
Dr. Leslie’s interest in movement began early—she practiced Aikido for eight years during high school and college, which shaped her deep understanding of body awareness and functional control.
She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where she built a strong foundation in rehabilitation and movement science. Throughout her career, Dr. Leslie has worked with a diverse range of patients, from pediatric to geriatric populations, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Dr. Leslie is especially passionate about integrating her fitness background with evidence-based rehab, helping patients not only recover, but thrive long-term. She specializes in the treatment of both orthopedic and neurological conditions, offering comprehensive care that empowers her patients through movement and education.

Georgina brings a strong athletic background, advanced training, and a genuine passion for helping patients move and feel their best.
Georgina has been an athlete her entire life. She has played volleyball for 17 years—and what truly stands out is that she still plays actively and competitively today, bringing the same energy and discipline into her work. She also trains in weight lifting and running, staying committed to her own health and athletic performance.
Clinically, Georgina has years of experience treating both orthopedic and neurological conditions. She helps patients improve strength, mobility, coordination, balance, and overall function through a movement-based, individualized approach shaped by her background in volleyball, basketball, track, shot put, and discus.
Georgina values continuing education and plans to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in the near future, continuing her growth as a provider for the Laredo community.
