Dr. Sandra Gomez is a Laredo native in which she played soccer, volleyball, and track throughout her high school years. She attended the University of Texas at Austin to earn her Bachelors of Science along with playing Club Soccer at UT. Dr. Sandra then went on to attend Texas State University to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Dr. Sandra has an extensive background in weight training along with working with college, semi-professional, and high school athletes. She has received on-going education on manual therapy and her main goal is to bridge the gap between performance, sports, and helping people understand more about their body to have long term results. She is very passionate about exercise, education, pain science and genuinely wants to give the best care to her patients while ensuring she is providing the most updated evidence-based treatment. In her free time, Dr. Sandra likes to stay active and practice weight training, go hiking with her dogs, and continues to play soccer in leagues around the city.

Dr. Ashley has always dreamed of serving her community as a trusted healthcare provider. Her journey began at United High School, where she excelled as a multi-sport athlete in cheerleading, volleyball, and track. After graduating in 2011, her passion for athletics led her to Laredo Community College, where she pursued volleyball before a season-ending injury shifted her aspirations toward physical therapy.
Determined to turn her setback into inspiration, Dr. Ashley made an incredible comeback, playing NCAA Division I indoor and beach volleyball at the University of New Orleans. There, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2015.
Dr. Ashley returned to Laredo, dedicating herself to education as a science teacher and volleyball coach at her alma mater, United High School. Her commitment to growth and service led her to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UT Health San Antonio in 2021.
To further refine her expertise, Ashley completed an intensive Women’s Health Physical Therapy residency with Baylor Scott & White and Texas Woman’s University” in the Dallas during this 14-month program, she specialized in treating patients with bladder, bowel, and sexual dysfunction, as well as breast cancer patients navigating treatment and recovery.
